北洋造光绪元宝库平七钱二分,银币正面的中央圈内铸满了汉文“光绪元宝”四个字,圈外上端镌汉文“北洋造”,下端镌汉文币值“库平七钱二分”,左右两侧各有一个圆点。银币的背面中央为蟠龙图,龙鳞的雕刻细密有致,腾云驾雾,身姿遒劲有力;龙爪张扬,神武有力;龙身盘踞者太阳,完全的展示出了皇家威严大气。
